DINING: Wood Ranch BBQ and Grill's summer specials

Wood Ranch BBQ and Grill has a few summer specials available through the end of August.

Start your meal off with the Catalina Shrimp Cocktail featuring grilled Gulf shrimp, fresh mango, lime, jicama, avocado, tomato, onion, jalapeno and cilantro. It is served with a side of chips.

The California ?Creole Shrimp has shrimp and white rice with a kick of jalapeno, and clocks in at fewer than 300 calories.

The last food special is the Tuscan Kale Salad with watermelon radishes, tri-color cauliflower, carrots, green beans, raisins, toasted pumpkin seeds, chives, Parmesan, and balsamic.

Pair one of this summery treat with their new hand-crafted Skinny Mango Margarita concocted with a fresh mango puree,? silver tequila, triple sec, fresh lime and grapefruit juices and agave, in a Kosher salt and chili powder rimmed glass.
